This certificate course aims to equip project officers and project managers and staff working in diverse organizations, spanning from sub-grantee organisations to the private sector, with organizational development and systems strengthening knowledge and skills in the implementation of projects. You may choose to undertake the entire course (9 modules) or a particular preferred module(s) that meets your need – the option taken will determine the type of certification that will be achieved. Certificate of Competency – this will be awarded at Course Level upon undertaking and completing the entire course (9 modules).  Certificate of Participation – this will be awarded at Module level upon undertaking and completing 1 or some of the modules.
